Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

MiaoSense Pro is a one-time unlock purchase processed exclusively through Google Play. The price that applies to you is shown by Google Play before you buy; it differs by country and applicable tax. Google is the contracting party and payment processor for this purchase; the unlock is delivered to you as digital content immediately upon receipt of payment.

During the Google Play checkout, you expressly agreed that delivery would begin immediately and acknowledged that your statutory right of withdrawal thereby expires (§ 356(6) BGB, implementing Art. 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Your right of withdrawal has therefore generally lapsed upon commencement of delivery.

If your right of withdrawal has not lapsed in your case, any clear statement in text form showing your decision to withdraw is enough; no particular form is required and you do not need to give a reason. Because the purchase contract is concluded with Google (see above), the withdrawal must be declared to Google (§ 355(1) BGB) — most reliably through Google Play Support, stating explicitly that you are withdrawing from the purchase and not merely requesting a refund. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your statement to Google in time. You may also send it to widerruf@miaosense.app: we aim to forward messages we receive to Google promptly, but we cannot assure that this preserves the deadline.

As your right of withdrawal has already lapsed upon commencement of delivery as described above, no case for an electronic withdrawal function under German § 356a BGB / EU Directive 2023/2673 applies.

You can still request a refund directly through Google Play: open Google Play → Account → Order history and select the relevant order. Self-service refunds are generally available within 48 hours of purchase; after that, Google Play Support reviews requests on a case-by-case basis.
